Ilhan Omar Gives Blood-Boiling Response When Asked If Hamas Terrorists Should Exist

Democrat Representative Ilhan Omar was confronted by a reporter on Friday who asked if she is okay with Hamas terrorists continuing to exist.

The question came after Omar promoted refuted reports that Israel bombed a hospital, killing 500 people.

Fox News correspondent Hillary Vaughn confronted Omar on Capitol Hill, asking:

“Congresswoman, you have called for a ceasefire, are you okay with Hamas terrorists continuing to exist?” Fox News correspondent Hillary Vaughn asked Omar.

Omar refuses to answer.

“Do you think that Israel should just lay down their arms and not try to get the hostages out of Gaza?” Vaughn pressed.

Omar had no response.

“How can Israel have a ceasefire with terrorists whose entire mission is to wipe out their existence?” Vaughn asked.

Omar remained silent.

“How can they have a ceasefire if they’re trying to wipe out–” Vaughn asked as Omar ran into an elevator.

Omar then responded by telling her handlers, “Ignore this crazy lady, don’t worry about her.”

Earlier this week, she appeared to walk back her statement on the hospital attack by saying she may not have even written the post on her personal account.

“Our office cited an AP report yesterday that the IDF had hit a Baptist hospital in Gaza,” she wrote.

“Since then, the IDF denied responsibility, and the US intelligence assessment is that this was not done by Israel.”

“It is a reminder that information is often unreliable and disputed in the fog of war (especially on Twitter, where misinformation is rampant),” she continued.

“We all have a responsibility to ensure the information we are sharing is from credible sources and to acknowledge as new reports come in.”

While Omar did not retract her claims, she instead said there needed to be a “fully independent investigation to determine conclusively who is responsible for this war crime.”

Earlier this week, fellow ‘squad’ member Rashida Tlaib came under fire after Marjorie Taylor Greene announced she would censure the lawmaker for refusing to apologize for blaming Israel for a deadly strike on a Gaza hospital.

Hamas blamed Israel for the strike, but Israeli authorities denied any responsibility, saying the blast was due to a rocket launched by the militant group Palestinian Islamic Jihad, which misfired

Joe Biden backed Israel’s claim, saying it looked like “the other team” was responsible for the attack.

But Tlaib said that Israel was to blame for the deadly blast.

“Israel just bombed the Baptist Hospital killing 500 Palestinians (doctors, children, patients) just like that,” she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“@POTUS, this is what happens when you refuse to facilitate a ceasefire & help de-escalate. Your war and destruction-only approach has opened my eyes, and many Palestinian Americans and Muslim Americans like me. We will remember where you stood.”
