Leonardo DiCaprio has seemingly reacted to his appearance at Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ popular “White Party.”
Photos of the Hollywood A-lister mingling with the music mogul at a star-studded party recently resurfaced, sparking concern among fans due to Diddy’s arrest.
However, a source close to Leonardo DiCaprio claims that he hasn’t been in contact with Diddy “for years” and never attended any of his “Freak Offs.”
Leonardo DiCaprio Has ‘Not Been In Contact’ With Diddy
Amid Diddy’s recent arrest for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering, several A-listers with ties to him have faced intense scrutiny, especially those who attended his now-infamous parties.
Diddy has been accused of using drugs like ketamine and cocaine to coerce women into “elaborate and produced sex performances” known as “freak offs.”
Now that photos of DiCaprio drinking, smoking, and laughing beside the rapper at one of his parties in 1999 have emerged, tongues are wagging regarding his relationship with Diddy.
However, a source close to the 49-year-old movie star told the Daily Mail that their relationship has suffered in recent years as they’ve “not been in contact” for a long time. The source added that DiCaprio never attended “freak-offs” and has nothing to do with them.
“Leonardo DiCaprio has absolutely nothing to do with any of this,” the source said. “He attended a few of his parties back in the early 2000s – but literally everyone did.”
“They were not freak-offs,” the source continued. “They were big house parties. Leo was at the start of his career at the time and has moved way past his partying.”
“He has nothing to do with any of that world, so for anyone to assume that he will get roped into this based on a few grainy photos that are more than 20 years old is ridiculous,” the source noted. “Leo is focused on his career and his relationship and is not at all thinking about Diddy’s federal case, which he has nothing to do with.”
The Rapper Said Leonardo DiCaprio Was The Number One Person On His White Party Invite List
In 2017, during his Vogue “73 Questions” interview, Diddy was asked who the number one person on his White Party invitation list was.
Without hesitation, the rapper turned to face the camera and said, “Leonardo DiCaprio,” before handing the interviewer a drink.
Diddy’s white party, usually held in his East Hamptons home, was an annual staple among A-list celebrities.
However, due to his recent troubles with the law and the severe accusations leveled against him, most past videos have now been scrutinized in accordance with his indictment.
What Happened During Diddy’s ‘Freak Offs’?
Details from the indictment revealed that the rapper allegedly used a criminal organization to perpetrate the crimes he is charged with.
The organization, known as The Combs Enterprise, also appears to be the channel with which Diddy “arranged” and “directed” the illicit activities described as “Freak Offs.”
According to the indictment, the “Freak Offs” were “elaborate and produced sex performances” that included women who were drugged and made to sleep with male prostitutes*.
These performances, which could go on for days, were often “electronically recorded,” and Diddy allegedly “m-sturbated during” these recordings.
Diddy Joked About Locking Women Up At His Parties
In another unearthed clip from his 2002 interview on “Late Night With Conan O’Brien,” the rapper shared tips for throwing a “killer party” and joked about having “locks on the door” to prevent women from leaving.
“This is what you need to do. Women. Beautiful women, of course. Beautiful men for the ladies, of course,” Diddy said, adding that “alcohol” and “some water” are also a requirement.
O’Brien was stunned that water made the cut and asked him why, to which he replied, “I don’t know if guys have noticed this, like, a lot of ladies drink water at parties. They just, you know, so if you don’t have what they need, they’re gonna leave.”
The music mogul then said, “Gotta keep them there. You need locks on the doors.”
Diddy also shared that there was a need for “a lot of heat” and “no air conditioning,” saying that “heat affects the alcohol and you know, everybody also gets a little more comfortable and loose and builds up a nice little sweat.”
After hearing this, O’Brien interrupted him, saying, “That just sounds disgusting. ” Diddy then finished off the list by saying, “You need good music” and “You need me, of course.”
Diddy Was Proven By ‘The Government’ To Be ‘A Danger’ To Society
Diddy is currently held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and will remain there until his trial after he was denied bail twice this past week.
Federal prosecutors have accused him of “creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in … sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”
According to TMZ, prosecutors argued that he is too dangerous to be released on bail and may resort to coercing witnesses on the case to do his bidding.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter ruled against Diddy’s bail petition, saying he was turning it down because “the government has proven the defendant is a danger. The bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight.”
